Rural Tourism

The farm offers homemade local foods and drinks inspired by traditional Hungarian cousine. We specialize in dishes prepared in our traditional oven, the so-called "bania". We also produce most of our food. Homemade wines come from the wineyards growing along the northern coast of the Lake. We offer well-known dry wines of our sandy region: Kevidinka, Rein Riesling, Italian Reisling and Cabernet Rose. At request we organise visits to neighbouring wine cellars and wine tasting. In addition to wine we offer homemade brandy from our yard: apple, plum and grape brandy. A folk ensemble entertains our guests during meals. Roka's farm is located on a high loessy coast which provides a splendid panoramic view of Lake Ludas. The remote farm is a true relaxation and recreation oasis where the memory of the good old times spontaneously and unsuspectedly regenerates the body and recharges it with positive energy. Sport fishing is allowed in the Lake. Fish landing mainly consists of crucian carps and roaches, and along the reed-bed beautiful carps can be decoyed from a boat. The 1.5 km long unpaved road that leads to the farm is passable for buses. In case of heavy rain we arrange for a tractor or a tandem.
